  • Good

  • Delicious! My favourite Indian takeaway.

  • Their food is amazing! A bit too much oil but it lasts the distance everytime :)

  • Fantastic meal. Very high quality. Fresh and all cooked to order. Best meal I've had in a long time

  • [RESUBMITTED]Paid nearly £26 for a disaster- order arrived missing the naan and rice which is pretty key for an indian. Said would arrive in next 10-15 mins . Nearly half hour later still nothing. Call up to ask to cancel/discount as was told by an abrumpt lady the driver just left so no discount allowed. Wish proper timescales were given. Poor service for luke warm food.

  • items missing from my order, luckily it was just rice.

  • oily but very nice

  • I like my curry and my Naan...and I got very happily surprised at all levels ordering from these chaps. This might just became my favorite Indian takeaway I have had for ages.

  • My favourite Indian in Bristol by far. Always very good!

  • I've only ever bought pakora and samosas from ambala before as they are without a doubt the best in Bristol. The curry was very flavoursome with a good amount of heat (as requested on order) we got a few poppadoms free of charge and a free bombay aloo. My only niggle has to be that it was just a little to oily however on collection this takeaway / restaurant has homemade curries available which did not look oily and much more authentic which was also evident by the amount of local Asians dining on collection of our meal. I will definitely buy from here again but think I'll go in and have a look at the "family cooked meals" apposed to the slightly oily westernised meals off the menu.

  • Nice food fair price

  • Food tasted fabulous but was mostly cold when it arrived. I don't have a microwave so reheating was a bit of a hassle.

  • it tasted very nice the butter chicken in particular was absolutely amazing

  • The food was mediocre... the service was terrible.

  • The order come but they left the main curry out. And when I called them they didn't pick up. And in the morning when I call them wouldn't give a start answer I had to go over and complain to the manage
